William ‘Bill’ Toler
William “Bill” Toler, 81, of Anna, died Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at Southeast Health in Cape Girardeau.
He was born on Jan. 28, 1942, the son of Oley Mae and Opal Pearline Hileman Toler.
He married Janice June Rutherford on Sept. 25, 1971, in Royalton. She preceded him in death on April 6, 2021....
