Ruthe M. Clayton, 82, of Anna, died at 3:26 a.m. Friday, Feb. 22, 2019, at the Illinois Veterans Home in Anna.
She was born on Dec. 10, 1936, in Joliet, the daughter of Donald Alfred and Lucille A. Risk Blood.
She married Beryl Clayton on Feb. 22, 1958.
She enjoyed life and was always willing...
