Ray E. Pinkham

<p class="p1">Ray E. Pinkham, 79, of Vienna, and formerly of Anna, died at 5:31 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, 2015, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.</p><p class="p1">He was born on March 19, 1936, in Benton, the son of Everett and Goldie Burris Pinkham.</p><p class="p1">He worked in maintenance for a park district for many years in the West Frankfort area. He liked to work jigsaw puzzles and enjoyed watching John Wayne movies. He always liked being active and staying busy. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Anna.</p><p class="p1">He is survived by his special friends, JoAnne Cook of Vienna, Steve (Meachelle) Hoffman of Dongola, Sharol (Tom) Carter of Virginia, Illinois, Jeanette Hoffman of Vienna and Loran (Carol) Hoffman of Dongola; other friends and relatives.</p><p class="p1">He was preceded in death by his parents and his two sisters.</p><p class="p1">Funeral services was Thursday, Nov. 5, at 11 a.m. at Crain Funeral Home Anna-Jonesboro with Bill Littrell officiating. Visitation was held from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
