Penny Haynes Feickert

<p class="p1">Penny Haynes Feickert, 57, died at her home in Faulkton, South Dakota, on Monday, Sept. 28, 2015.</p><p class="p1">She was born in Chicago, the daughter of Wilbur Haynes and Mildred Haynes Cahill.</p><p class="p1">She attended Anna elementary schools and Anna-Jonesboro Community High School. She later moved to South Dakota, where she married Lon Feickert.</p><p class="p1">She is survived by her daughter, Angela Rugg Johnson, and son, Paul Rugg; four grandchildren; her sisters, Candy Huckleberry and Dee Dillon; nieces and nephews.</p><p class="p1">She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Mike Haynes; and a sister, Sharon Brooks.</p><p class="p1">For a time, she lived with foster parents, Millie Halterman and the late Jean Curtis Halterman.</p>
