Wayne Davis

Wayne Davis, 68, of Piedmont, Mo., and formerly of Tamms, died Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2024, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Mo.

He was born on Sept. 1, 1955, in Savannah, Tenn., the son of Floyd Ersel and Eva Mae Pearson Davis.

He is survived by his daughters, Rebecca Davis and Misty (Randal) Henderson; eight grandchildren; and siblings Marion, Kathy, Frances and Sue.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Norma Kay.

Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30, at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms, with the Rev. Buddy Walls officiating. 

Memorials can be made to Crain Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.

Inurnment will take place at a later date at McCrite Cemetery in Tamms.

The cremation of Wayne Davis will personally be handled by the staff at Crain Funeral Home.
