Virginia “Virgie” Metzger, 61, of Anna, died Monday, June 3, 2019, at her brother’s home in Atlanta, Ga.
She was born on Sept. 12, 1957, in Anna, the daughter of Maurice and Charlotte Phillips Metzger.
She is survived by her two sisters, Carolyn Lemaster of Granite City and Peggy Jean Williams of Chicago; two brothers, Victor Metzger of Anna and James Metzger of Atlanta, Ga. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial services were held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 18, at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Interment was in the Anna Cemetery.
