Tonya Lynn Garrett

Tonya Lynn Garrett, 47, of Carbondale, and formerly of Anna, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2018, at her home. 

She was born on March 11, 1971, in Cairo, the daughter of Bert Patterson and Billie Mae Dirden. 

She is survived by her mother, Billie Mae Clover of Anna; her stepfather, Ralph E. Clover of Cobden; her husband, James Bradley Garrett of Anna; two sons, Dakota Dirden-Garrett and Alex Dirden; a sister, Jennifer Clover; a brother, Christopher Clover; four aunts; one uncle; several nieces and nephews; cousins; many other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her father; and by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
