Tim Bundren

Tim Bundren, 69, of Dongola, died Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Ky. 

He was born on March 7, 1955, in Avon, Ill., the son of Hobert Lavern and Eris Janet Krahl Bundren. 

He was married to Beth Hoehner Bundren and she survives.

Mr. Bundren worked at several places, including Caterpillar and Console and for American Coal Company. He retired from J&L Robinson Construction Company. He was a member of the Local 318 Union Hall for 32 years. He was a member of United Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; sons Chris Bundren, Brandon (Rauleana) Bundren and Justin (Danielle) Bundren; step-sons Ryan (Cassie) Miller and Ethan Miller; step-daughter Cyndi (Alex) Sellars; brothers Clyde Bundren, Marvin Bundren, Danny Bundren, Steven Bundren and Davie Bundren; and numerous grandchildren. 

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Donna.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, at Crain Funeral Home in Dongola, with Wes Johnson officiating.

Interment followed the funeral service at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Dongola.
