Theresa C. Warden

Theresa C. Warden, age 59 of Anna, passed away Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. 

She was born on Dec. 23, 1965 in St. Louis, Mo., the daughter of Vernon Leon and Betty (Eads) Warden.

Theresa is survived by her parents, Vernon Leon and Betty Warden; sister, Lisa Turner; brother, Dean (Christina) Warden; maternal grandmother, Juanita Eads; aunts, Judy Guffey and Darline Reeves; uncle, Calvin Warden; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, Deon Warden and sister-in-law, Tina Warden.

Theresa was a member of the Tamms Pentecostal Church. She had a servant’s heart and enjoyed helping with the rose ministry. She also helped care for handicapped children. She loved her church and spending time with her family. She will be missed.

Funeral services for Theresa Warden were held on Monday, Sept. 22, 2025 at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. James McLane officiating. Interment followed in the Cobden Cemetery.
