Rhonda Sue Smith

Rhonda Sue Smith, 48, of Olmsted, died Monday, June 12, 2023, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born on Feb. 12, 1975, in Cairo, the daughter of Douglas M. and Sharon Dennis Long.

She was a loving mother, sister and grandmother. She loved spending time with and taking care of her family. 

Survivors include her parents; daughter Chelsey Cato; siblings Kandi Woodworth and Chad Long; and grandchildren Colton Dale, Rebecca Lynn and Racheal Lily.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, today, at Caledonia Community Church, 10076 Illinois Route 37, Olmsted. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.

Crain Funeral Home in Ullin is in charge of arrangements.
