Monica Diane Fowler
Monica Diane Fowler, 54, of Grand Chain, died April 6, 2023, at her home.
She was born on Feb. 13, 1969, in Cairo, the daughter of Paul and Mary Agnes Modglin Henderson.
Monica and Glen Fowler were married on April 22, 2019.
She enjoyed cooking, picnics, barbeques with her family when her health allowed her and watching her favorite television series with her husband and son.
Yahtzee and dice were some of the games she enjoyed. She enjoyed sewing, was a collector of many things, loved fishing or just watching other people fish.
She was a wonderful mother with a great soul. If she wasn’t taking care of her children, she was taking care of her pets. She loved all her family.
She is survived by her father, Paul Henderson; husband Glen Fowler; children Amanda Jo Cramner, Kyle Lloyd Holmes, Sierra Nichole Wilson and David Paul Fowler; siblings Angela Christine Bernoich, Paul Lloyd Henderson Jr., Paula Jean Betts, Ricky Eugene Webster and Jason Allen Henderson; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 13, at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms, with Pastor Mike Sharp officiating. Burial followed at Rose Hill Cemetery in Thebes.
