Mary Louise ‘Nanny’ Kinder
Mary Louise “Nanny” Kinder, 68, of Anna, died Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2020, at her home.
She was born on Aug. 25, 1952, in Charleston, Mo., the daughter of Martin George and Hattie Lenore Moore Hedge.
She married Jackie Lee Brimm on March 14, 1968, in Anna. He preceded her in death on May 10, 1976. She later married Dale Kinder.
She is survived by her daughter, Katina Gill of Cape Girardeau, and son, Dwayne Brimm of Anna; grandchildren Britney Mull, Jacqueline Nicole Warner, Gabrielle Mull, Raven Gill, Amir Shoulder and Rayne Shoulder; great-grandchildren JaQuan Johnson, Jaly Johnson, Brayden Boyd, Ryker Johnson, Ka’Miya Mason, Damion Warner and Colten Lee Warner; siblings Opal Cummins of Mississippi, Jim Morroe of Mill Creek and Faye Cummins of Georgia; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband, Jackie Lee Brimm; an infant son, Travis Lee Brimm; and siblings Rita Hedge, Betty Hale, Bonnie Pinter, Curtis Hedge, Alvin Hedge, Donald Hedge, Tommy Hedge, Bud Hedge and Barbara Cummings.
She enjoyed the outdoors and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She worked for many years at Lincoln Square in Jonesboro.
Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro. Interment was in the Anna Cemetery.
