Mary L. Myers

Mary L. Myers, age 67 of McClure, Ill., passed away at home surrounded by family on Thursday, Oct. 2, 2025.

She was born on July 29, 1958 to Claude Robert and Glondia Louise (Black) Dugger in Kenosha, Wis.

Gangaw was loved by many and her goal in life was to bring everyone laughter and joy.

Survivors include her sons, James (Jessica) Myers and Josh Myers (Megan Hale); She was gangaw to her six grandchildren, Kaylee, Alyssa, Tucker, Clayton, Tallyn, and Tanner; and great-grandchild, Makenlee; two brothers, Robert (Patricia) Dugger and Larry Dugger; sister, Sherry Dugger; along with nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Billy Voshage; and sister, Barbara Voshage.

A family Hosted Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Oct. 25 at 3 p.m. at The Spark Ministries, 40842 IL-3 McClure, IL 62957. 

A dinner in her honor will follow service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to McClure Baptist Church and/or Spark Ministries.

The cremation of Mary L. Myers will be personally handles by the staff of Crain Funeral Home.

Crain Funeral Home in Tamms is in charge of arrangements.
