Mary Ellen Lawrence

Mary Ellen Lawrence, age 75, of Tamms, passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home in Alexander County on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025.

She was born on Jan. 4, 1950 to John and Laverna (Darnell) Gast in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

No services are planned at this time. A Private Inurnment will be held at a later date at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson, Mo.

The cremation of Mary Ellen Lawrence will be personally handled by the staff of Crain Funeral Home.

Crain Funeral Home in Tamms is in charge of arrangements.
