Marion Nadine Morgan

Marion Nadine Morgan, 86, of Buncombe, died Monday, June 20, 2022, at her home. 

She was born on May 7, 1936, in Cambria, the daughter of Leslie and Mary Jane Baker Talley. 

She married Russell Morgan on Sept. 3, 1955, in Ware. 

She is survived by her husband, Russell Morgan; children Tammy (Steve) Pearman, Cindy (Anthony) Edwards, Shari (Tim) Spurlock and Tricia Morgan; grandchildren Andrea (Ron) Kosydor, Jane (Andrew) Inman, Jordan Edwards, Joshua Spurlock, Lisa (Justin) Presson and Amanda (Eric) Flamm; great-grandchildren Taylor Ridenhour, Zachary Kosydor, Evan Inman, Sophia Nadine Flamm and Saylor Presson; a sister, Barbara Adams; a special friend, Dixie Baggott; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Marjorie Olson and Robert Talley. 

She was an avid Cardinals fan. She enjoyed watching westerns and game shows, especially Jeopardy. 

She loved the Lord and although she wasn’t always able to make it to church, her heart was with the First Pentecostal Church of Goreville. 

Her family was her whole world. She especially loved her grandchildren and enjoyed attending their ball games whenever she could. 

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 25, at the First Pentecostal Church of Goreville, with Pastor Lex Hembree officiating. Friends can call from 2 p.m. until the service hour at 3 p.m. at the church. 

Memorials can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the church.
