Kevin Lee Smith

Kevin Lee Smith, 56, of Jonesboro, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2019, at his home.   

He was born on Aug. 16, 1962, in Anna, the son of William H. and Laura Allen Smith. 

He married Lisa Hopping on Sept. 3, 2015, in Jonesboro. 

Mr. Smith was owner operator for TCB Trucking. He loved listening to Elvis and watching his favorite driver, Jimmy Johnson, in his favorite sport, NASCAR. He truly loved being with his family and playing with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa Smith of Jonesboro; his children, Michelle (Ronnie) Seals of Dongola, Amy (Bobby) Dunn of Jonesboro, Bobby (Jessie) Smith of Anna, Natasha Dewitt of North Fort Myers, Fla., Nick Smith of Jonesboro, Brittany (Barney) Gonzalez of Jonesboro, Tiffany Partain of Anna and David Shelton of Anna; 17 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; siblings Mike (Shirley) Smith of Jonesboro, Rhonda Watkins of Anna, Diana Reynolds of Dongola and Harold (Barb) Smith of Jonesboro; other relatives and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, William H. and Laura Smith; a brother Bobby Allen; and a sister Pamela Kee. 

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro, with the Rev. Ron Thorn officiating.
