Hazel M. Reichrath

Hazel M. Reichrath, 88, of Anna, died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024, at Integrity Healthcare of Anna. 

She was born on Jan. 7, 1936, the daughter of George and Julia Flick. 

She married John L. Reichrath in 1960. He preceded her in death on Dec. 22, 1988.

She is survived by her son, Gary Reichrath of Milford, Del. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; daughter Vicky Chamness; three sisters and three brothers.

For many years, she worked as a certified nurse’s assistant at Union County Hospital in Anna.

Graveside funeral services for Hazel Reichrath were at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, at the Anna Cemetery, with the Rev. Mark Goins officiating. Interment followed.
