Gerald Wilbur Hileman

Gerald Wilbur Hileman, 83, of Jonesboro, died Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024, at Integrity Healthcare of Anna. 

He was born on March 23, 1941, in Jonesboro, the son of Lowell Wilbur and June E. Powles Hileman. 

He married Clarice Charlene Rosson on June 25, 1965, in Mill Creek. She preceded him in death on Nov. 10, 2023.

He is survived by his son, Scott Hileman of Louisville, Ky; daughter Gina (Brian) Bivin of La Grange, Ky.; grandchildren Jasmine Bivin and Bryce Bivin; brothers Dale Hileman and Roger Hileman, both of Jonesboro; nieces, nephews and other relatives. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Charlene Hileman; infant twins and siblings Stanley, Kevin and Marilyn Hileman.

Mr. Hileman worked for many years at Transcraft in Anna. He loved the outdoors, gardening and mowing.

Funeral services for Gerald Hileman will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, today, at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro. Interment will follow in St. John’s Cemetery west of Dongola. 

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour at 1 p.m. Thursday, today, at the funeral home.
