Deloris Elaine Pribble

Deloris Elaine Pribble, 78, of Anna, died Friday, March 24, 2023, at her home.

She was born on Jan. 19, 1945, in San Antonio, Texas, the daughter of Kenneth Clinton and Birtie Boggus Treece. Birtie passed when Deloris was young. Kenneth then married Helen Cates who became her “other” mother.  

She married Finis Eugene Pribble on May 16, 1979. He preceded her in death on May 24, 2008. 

She worked as a nurse at Choate Mental Health and Developmental Center in Anna. She was a member of Camp Ground Cumberland Presbyterian Church. 

She is survived by her son, Shane (Kathy) Spurlock; granddaughters Emily Spurlock and Mackenzie Spurlock; a sister, Teresa (Jeff) Goddard; and brothers, Kenny (Michelle) Treece and Jack (Janet) Treece. 

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Roger Shannon Spurlock.

Graveside service for Deloris Pribble was held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 28, at Casper Cemetery near Anna. Interment followed the graveside service.
