Carolyn Barringer
Carolyn Barringer, 70, of Dongola, died Saturday, July 24, 2021, at 10:22 a.m. at Union County Hospital in Anna.
She was born on March 1, 1951, in Ponder, Mo., the daughter of Don Bennett and Gladys Marie Woodring.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. She was believer of Jesus Christ and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her children, Ted (Lesley) Johnson, Johnny (Kim) Johnson, Gerhonda (Tony) Wood, Chasity Kissiar and Vincent (Rosa) Barringer; several grandchildren, Samantha (Matt) Miller, Levi Johnson, Kyla (MJ) Ethridge, Austin (Jourdan) Johnson, Dalton Johnson, Mason Johnson, Jake (Ashton) Casey, Scarlett Carter, Christopher Johnson, Barry Johnson, Kaleigh Barringer, Ashlyn Barringer, Averie Barringer, Kynsley Barringer, Gabe Barringer, Logan Wood and Aaron Wood, Brittany Jordan and Chelsea Weaver; two sisters, Linda Browning and Janice Ramsey; four brothers, Phillip Bennett, Donald Bennett, Tony Bennett and Richard Crawford; several great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Barringer; her former husband, Richard Johnson; her parents; and five siblings.
A private inurnment will be held at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery at a later date. Memorials can be made to Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.
Crain Funeral Home in Dongola is in charge of arrangements.
