Jeffery W. Hill, 41, of Anna, died at 1:25 a.m., Friday, July 17, 2009, at his home in Anna. He was born January 3, 1968, in Centralia, IL, the son of Rollie Everett and Mabel A. Cook Hill.  He married Shelly Clover on June 17, 2006, in Alto Pass.  

    Jeff is survived by his wife, Shelly Hill of Anna; his mother, Mabel Hill of Anna; three brothers, Robert Hill of Anna, Davey (Karen) Hill of Anna, and Todd (Robin) Hill of Anna; a sister, Rolla Sue McFarland of Anna; three half-sisters, Jackie (Marshall) Burns of Anna, Debra Sharp of Buncombe, and Linda Hill of Florida; mother-in-law, Sondra Clover of McClure; sister and brother-in-law, Terry and Becky Glodo of McClure; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Rollie; grandparents, Everett and Media Hill and Dave and Helen Cook; and father-in-law Mike Clover.

    Jeff was an ironworker and a member of the Ironworkers Local # 782 in Paducah, KY.  He was a member of the Cobden Masonic Lodge #466 AF & AM; the Ainad Shrine Temple in East St. Louis, IL; the Men’s Auxiliary of the VFW #3455 in Anna; and a member of the A-J Elks Lodge #1641.

 Funeral services for Mr. Jeffery W. Hill will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, July 19, 2009 at the Anna-Jonesboro High School Football field with Rev. Jerry Ellis officiating.  Interment will be in the Friendship Cemetery. Friends may call at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna after 3 p.m. on Saturday. Memorials may be made to the Friends of Jeff Bodine Hill Fund.  Envelopes will be available at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home.
