Sharon M. Newberry

Sharon M. Newberry, 68, of Anna, died at 9:34 p.m., Monday, Nov. 23, 2015 at the Union County Hospital in Anna.  Sharon was born on May 24, 1947, the daughter of Jesse and Dorothy (Cheeks) Stogner.  She was united in marriage to Bobby Dean Newberry, Sr. on June 1, 1968 in Anna.  He preceded her in death on July 7, 2013.

She was a member of the Walnut Grove United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her children; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Graveside funeral services were held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, Nov. 27, 2015 at the Anna City Cemetery with the Rev. Robert Fear officiating.  Interment was in the Anna City Cemetery.  Friends were asked to go directly to the cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to P.A.W.S.  Envelopes will be available at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna and at the Anna City Cemetery.
