Karen Sue Richardson Coakes

Karen Sue Richardson Coakes, 59, of Aurora, died on Feb. 8, 2010, at Jennings Terrace in Aurora.

She is survived by her father, William H. Richardson, formerly of Vienna; brothers and sisters, Cheryl (Kevin) Falk of Wisconsin, Katie (Brian) Duty of Oswego, Greg (Carla) Ballinger, Paul (Julie) Ballinger of Montgomery and Robert Ballinger of Chicago; uncles and aunts, Robert (Sandy) Richardson of Cypress, Helen (Clifford) Wright of Anna, Jerry (Mary) Richardson of Anna, Betty Myers of Anna, Mary (Dan) Archey of Anna; many cousins; other relatives; and friends she liked to visit when she was in Southern Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred L. Richardson; and her stepmother, Joanne Greve Ballinger Richardson.

She was laid to rest with her mother, Mildred Richardson, in the Vienna Fraternal Cemetery in Vienna.

A memorial graveside service is planned at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 17, at the Vienna Fraternal Cemetery. Pastor Tim Blankenship will officiate.

Those who plan to attend the service are asked to gather at the cemetery at 10:45 a.m.
