Beverly Dean Hodges

Beverly Dean Hodges, 79, of Cobden, died at 7:55 a.m. Saturday, May 30, 2009, at Carbondale Memorial Hospital.

He was born on June 28, 1929, in Washington, D.C., the son of Ray and Gwendolyn Hodges.

He worked as a draftsman in construction and was retired from the U.S. military.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services with full military honors will be Thursday, today, at Pleasant Grove Memorial Park.

Crain Funeral Home, Anna-Jonesboro, is in charge of arrangements.
