Wine festival

One of the Union County area’s major tourist attractions will be celebrated this weekend. The 2009 Shawnee Hills Wine Trail Festival is planned Saturday and Sunday, in downtown Cobden.
The festival will give visitors, and those of us who call Union County home, an opportunity to be a part of what has become a major facet of our local economy. Be sure to attend the festival.
