David Lee Trexler

David Lee Trexler, 49, formerly of Alto Pass, died Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, at his home in Polk City, Fla.

He was born on Oct. 21, 1959, the son of Carl and Bonnie Gibson Trexler.

He married Donna Presthee.

Survivors include his wife, Donna; two children, Brian Trexler and Jennifer Shane Benebenitez, both of Polk City, Fla.; three grandchildren, Kyler, Gabriel Trexler and Abigale Benebenitez; two brothers, Steve (Peggy) Trexler of Alto Pass and Jamie (Bev) Trexler of Energy; two sisters, Vickie (Bill) Clark of Bono, Ark., and Patty (Tim) Sprouse of Pomona; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service was held Tuesday, Oct. 20, at the First Baptist Church in Polk City.

The body will be cremated. A memorial service is planned later in Alto Pass and will be announced.
