Traveled Illinois Botanist shares his highlights of the year

Botanist Chris Benda will be visiting Giant City State Park Visitors Center on Sunday, Dec. 2 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. to present photographs highlighting his best nature encounters of 2018.

Benda (also known as the Illinois Botanizer) travels through Illinois every year visiting nature preserves and leading nature tours for the public while documenting his plant and animal findings through all of his adventures.
