Senior Beta Leadership Camp

Cairo High School was represented when the National Beta Club hosted an annual Senior Beta Leadership Camp, formerly known as Beta BLC or the Broyhill Leadership Conference, at the Clyde Austin 4-H Center in Greeneville, Tenn., July 23-27.

Senior Beta Leadership Camp provided leadership skills for state officers and other Senior Beta Club members across the nation.

The Cairo High School Beta Club nominated four seniors, along with recent Senior Cairo High School Beta Club graduate Faith Diel to attend the summer camp. 

The leadership camp enhanced leadership skills, as well as other National Beta Club elements, including character and service.

The Oris B. Hastings Charitable Foundation assisted the five attendees with their leadership camp fees.
