Jonesboro School makes special holiday season donations

Jonesboro Elementary School presented two local organizations with donations on Monday, Dec. 19.

Students spent the time between Thanksgiving and Christmas break collecting canned goods, personal care items and money for two local organizations. The students collected 2,008 pounds of canned food items.
