Fatal Wreck on Interstate 57

Multiple emergency services agencies responded to the scene of a traffic accident on Interstate 57 in Union County which occurred at about 2:20 p.m. Thursday, June 14. Illinois State Police at Ullin reported that the driver of one of the three vehicles involved in the accident sustained fatal injuries.
