Musgrave re-elected DAV commmander

William (Bill) Musgrave of Alto Pass has been re-elected state commander of the Disabled American Veterans, DAV, in Illinois.

Musgrave’s re-election came in June  during the organization's state convention at Springfield.

The organization has 26,000 members and 36 chapters in the state.

During his first year as commander of the organization, Musgrave attended chapter meetings throughout Illinois, visited veterans’ homes in the state, toured VA hospitals and worked on legislation involving disabled veterans.

Musgrave is an Army veteran who served in Vietnam. Besides his DAV membership, he belongs to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion and Vietnam Veterans of America
