Jewell L. Rosson

<strong>Mrs. Jewell L. Rosson, age 81, of Anna, died at 8:25 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2013 in the Union County Nursing Home in Anna. She was born October 26, 1931 in Wolf Lake, IL, the daughter of Ogle A. and Florence L. Vincent Miller. She married Glenn R. Rosson on January 5, 1962 in Mound City. He preceded her in death on May 13, 2004.</strong>

<strong>         Jewell is survived by her two sisters, Shirley Almond of O’Fallon, IL and Patricia (Wayne) Stephenson of Gulf Breeze, FL; daughter in law, Joyce Rosson of Cobden; nieces Richie (Richard) Holden of Anna; Dana (Charles) Cavaness of Jonesboro; Carla Haug of O’Fallon, IL, Christi (Mark) Hankins of Gulf Breeze, FL; nephews, Cameron Stephenson, Matt and Tyler Bond; great nephews, Nathan Holden, Allen Cavaness, Rick Williams, and Wesley Haug; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, loving husband, Glenn R. Rosson; two step sons, Ron and Jerry Rosson; two sisters, Evelyn Miller and Arlene Poe.</strong>

<strong>         Jewell was a member of the Anna Heights Baptist Church. She was employed at GTE for twenty five years and later at the Anna-Jonesboro National Bank from 1972 to 2012.</strong>

<strong>         Funeral services for Mrs. Jewell L. Rosson will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Scott Harner officiating. Entombment will be in the Anna City Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2013 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be available at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.</strong>
