Holiday programs set at area schools

<p class="p1">Union County area schools are planning Christmas programs and concerts in the next few weeks. Anna-Jonesboro Community High School is having a band winter concert on Tuesday, Dec. 9, at 7 p.m. in the auditorium.</p><p class="p1">Cobden Elementary School is having a Christmas program on Friday, Dec. 19, at 1 p.m.</p><p class="p1">Cobden Junior-Senior High School will have a concert on Sunday, Dec. 14, at 3 p.m.</p><p class="p1">Shawnee Junior-Senior High School in Wolf Lake is having a Christmas concert on Monday, Dec. 15, at 2 p.m. Shawnee Elementary School is having its program on Thursday, Dec. 18, at 6 p.m.</p><p class="p1">Lick Creek Elementary School is having a Christmas program on Tuesday, Dec. 16, at 7 p.m.</p><p class="p1">Lincoln School in Anna is having a program on Tuesday, Dec. 16, at 6 p.m. followed by Davie School's program at 7 p.m.</p><p class="p1">Anna District No. 37 pre-kindergarten and kindergarten is having a program on Thursday, Dec. 18, at 6 p.m. followed by Anna Junior High School’s program at 7 p.m.</p><p class="p1">Jonesboro Elementary School is having a Christmas program on Tuesday, Dec. 16. Pre-kindergarten will start at 5:30 p.m. and the rest of the program will begin at 6 p.m.</p><p class="p1">Dongola School is having a Christmas program on Tuesday, Dec. 16, at 6 p.m.</p>
