Good time had by all. . .

. . .another Cobden Peach Festival is in the books, and it seemed like the many people who attended the 2009 celebration of the local peach harvest had a good time.

Sure, it was just a little bit warm for Saturday afternoon’s parade, but a nice breeze made conditions a little bit more bearable. The breeze continued in the evening and was enjoyed by the many people who came out to the Peach Festival, which was at the Cobden Community Park.

Thank you, again, to the members of the Cobden Lions Club, who work so hard to make the Peach Festival a success. Thank you, also, to the Village of Cobden for sponsoring the big Peach Festival parade. We do indeed think that a good time was had by all.
