Donald Lee “Mutt” Dunn

Donald Lee “Mutt” Dunn, 79, of Ware, died at 5:15 a.m., Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

He was born on Nov. 25, 1932, in Ware, the son of Harry S. and Frances M. Foster Dunn.

He married Peggy Sue Walker on Aug. 14, 1971 in Ware.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy of Ware; two sons, Donald Wayne (Paula Sue) Dunn and Ron A. Fox, both of Ware; one daughter, Rhonda Sue Lambert of Jacksonville, Fla.; one brother, Lloyd R. Dunn of Jonesboro; one sister, Carolyn Mays of Anna; four grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and by two brothers, Harry S. Dunn Jr. and John Claude Dunn.

He was a member of Union Local No. 318 and retired from the Union County Highway Department.

Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 26, at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro with Pastor Paul Sadler officiating. Interment was in Beech Grove Cemetery.
