Della Bernice Dillow

Della Bernice Dillow, 76, of Jonesboro, died at 5:46 am Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016 at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale.  She was born Aug. 25, 1939 in Wickliffe, Kentucky, the daughter of George and Mary Helen (Hileman) Sivia. She married Milas Dillow on May 24, 1956 in Anna.

She is survived by her nephew, Bobby (Gloria) Sivia of Jonesboro;  two sisters, Clara Seals of Anna, Betty Doughty of Jonesboro; two brothers, Gilbert Sivia of Wolf Lake, Perry Youngblood of Dongola.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Milas Dillow.

She was a cook at Union County Hospital for 30 years before retirement.

Graveside services were at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2016 at the Mission Chapel Cemetery in Dongola with Rev. Bill Littrell officiating. Envelopes will be available at the cemetery and at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home.
