Crystal L. Clutts
Crystal L. Clutts, 81, of Anna, died at 10 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2009, at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born on Aug. 13, 1927, in Jefferson County, Ind., the daughter of Charles W. and Goldie F. Scott Craig.
She married Robert D. Clutts on Jan. 7, 1951, in North Vernon, Ind.
Mrs. Clutts worked as a floor lady at the Florsheim Shoe Company and devoted her later years to taking care of her family and acting as caregiver for her husband Robert as he fought cancer.
Survivors include a daughter, Pam (Jerry) Land of Anna; a son, Johnny (Nancy) Butters of Clay City, Ind.; two grandchildren, Brian (Kristy) Land and Leah Butters; two great-grandchildren, Hunter Clardy and Brooke (Donnie) Lowe; two great-great-grandchildren, Jaryd and Avery Lowe; two sisters, Geneva Hambrick and Nora Kohr; a sister-in law, Sandra Bilinsky; numerous nieces and nephews; and a very special care giver, Kim Richardson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert; four sisters, Katherine Jenkins, Emma Barnes, Ada Louise Humphrey and Marjorie Sullivan; five brothers, Clarence, Virgil, Charlie, Russell and Benjamin Craig.
Funeral services for Mrs. Clutts will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, today, at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with the Rev. Joe Aldridge officiating. Interment will be in the Anna Cemetery.
