Clyde L. Miller

Clyde L. Miller, 82, of Perks, died at 4:15 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012, at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.

He was born on June 1, 1930, in Anna, the son of Clarence and Dollie Miller.

He is survived by his companion, Ethel King of Perks; one daughter, Mary Grass of Sun City, Calif.; three sons, Randy Miller of Jonesboro, Tim Miller of Nashville, Tenn., and Roy Lee Miller of Chicago; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; two sons, Charles Ray and Clyde Lee Miller; one brother, Charles Ray Miller; and one sister Dorothy Ann Oldenburg.

Graveside funeral services were at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, at the Big Creek Cemetery near Anna with the Rev. Billy Carter officiating. Interment was in the Big Creek Cemetery.
