Martha J. Furlow, 83, of Cobden, died at 12:35 p.m. Monday, Jan. 19, 2015 in the Anna Rehab and Nursing Center. She was born March 7, 1931 in Wolf Lake, the daughter of Frank A. and Pearl O. Sims Thomas. She married Raymond Furlow, on Nov. 7, 1946 in Oceola, Arkansas.

Counseling service board president Dan Cirilla, left, congratulated employees who were able to be present at an appreciation/Christmas dinner in December, including Jennifer Travelstead, Susie Adams, Kim Honey, Marci Malnar and Cheryl Baker.</p>
