Anna Council hears reports on projects
Anna City Council members heard reports on ongoing and planned city projects during their regular meeting on Tuesday evening, April 3.

Street improvement projects on Davie and Main streets are still on track for later this year.
In other business, the council approved ordinances dealing with utility rates, billing and collection, an operating budget and parttime salaries.
Resignations for the purpose of retirement were accepted from Kenny Chapman, Terry Henderson and Ron Tellor.
The council discussed plans to honor the three who have combined for more than 100 years of service as city employees.
Approval was given, contingent upon meeting insurance requirements, for use of Anna City Park for a 4-H horse camp, an event for the Kiwanis Club on April 27 and baseball games for the SI Bullets.
