William E. ‘Bill’ Hileman

William E. “Bill” Hileman, 82, of Anna, died Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at Integrity Healthcare of Anna. 

He was born on Aug. 10, 1937, in Anna, the son of Fred Jacob and Nellie G. Eddleman Hileman. 

He married Bonnie Jones on Oct. 13, 1956, in Anna.          

Mr. Hileman is survived by his wife, Bonnie Hileman of Anna; children Douglas E. (Elizabeth) Hileman of Anna, Kurtis N. (Melanie) Hileman of Jonesboro, Russell L. (Sherri) Hileman of Anna, Lynn G. (Connie) Hileman of Anna and Brenda Hileman of Anna; 10 grandchildren, Sarah (Matthew) Song, Jacob E. (Nadia) Hileman, Lucas E. (Rachael) Hileman, Nicole (Ryan) Tygett, April R. (Patrick) Shields, Joshua (Tiffany) Hileman, Amy (Mark) Glasco, Rebecca Hileman, Daniel (Melanie) Hileman and Paul Hileman; 21 great-grandchildren, Joshua, Abigail, and Gideon Song, Finley, Emma and Leah Hileman, Averie and Madison Dickinson, Millie and Morgan Shields, Brad, Eli and Kooper Glasco, Drake, Leigha, Isaac, and Rosemary Hileman, Mattilynn Houseman, Ali, Averie and Lucie Hileman; one sister, Emma Hileman of Anna; a brother-in-law, John Ligon of Anna; many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and by a sister Louise Ligon.          

He was a member of the Anna Heights Baptist Church for many years. He loved farming and was a talented carpenter. He worked for the Corps of Engineers on numerous construction projects.         

Private graveside services were held for the immediate family. 

Memorials can be made to Anna Heights Baptist Church.
