Richard Waltner, 72, of Cobden, died Friday, Jan. 17, 2020, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born on June 20, 1947, the son of Clyde and Mary Pusich Waltner.
He married Jeannie Hudspeth on Nov. 6, 2016, in Jonesboro.
Mr. Waltner is survived by his wife, Jeannie, of Cobden, and many of his great friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and by a sister, Linda Waltner.
He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and he loved his two pugs. He worked for Caterpillar for many years. He served in the U.S. Navy.
