Patricia L. Musgraves

Patricia Louise Robertson Musgraves, of Grand Tower, was born on June 6, 1940, and died at her home peacefully with her family by her side on July 4, 2016, at 8:45 a.m.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond Musgraves of Wolf Lake; her mother, Irene Robertson of Grand Tower; two daughters, Debbie Fowler of Grand Tower and Caroline Bergman of Imperial, Mo.; three sons, Bobby Fowler of Collinsville, Joey Fowler of Tulsa, Okla., and John Fowler of St. Louis; several brothers and sisters, Tommy, Gary, Charlie, Frankie, Jimmy, Stanley, Shirley, Alma and Pearl; several sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Loran (Sleepy) Robertson; one daughter, Gayla Musgraves; two sons, Mark and Timothy Fowler; three brothers, Bobby Barrick, Jr. Robertson and Donald (Ducky) Robertson; and one sister, Roberta Galager.

Throughout her life she was a great cook and wonderful mother. She was a member of the American Legion in Murphysboro and was a life member of the VFW in Murphysboro.

She had many friends and knew so many people that it was hard to go somewhere and not see someone that she knew.

Services will be Friday, July 8, at 11 a.m. at the Meredith Funeral Home Grand Tower Chapel. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, today, at the Grand Tower Chapel. Burial will follow in Walker Hill Cemetery.

Memorials can be made to Celtic Hospice.
