Pamla Gay Johns, 67, of Cape Girardeau, died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023, at Fountainbleau Lodge in Cape Girardeau. 

She was born on April 9, 1955, in Anna, the daughter of Jesse Marion and Grace Louise Walker Johns.

She is survived by her son, Michael Pickles of Anna; two grandchildren, Preston (Kendall) Brimm and Dakota Pickles; two great-grandchildren, Anthony and Essie Brimm; two brothers, Jesse (Kim) Johns of Clinton and Lonnie (Linda) Johns of Wolf Lake; four sisters, Linda (Gary) Faire of Jonesboro, Stella (Rodney) Plott of Anna, Patsy Evans of Jonesboro and Sheila (Edward) Plott of Anna; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Thomas “Tommy” Pickles; brothers Raymond, Ralph and Mark Johns; and a sister, Marion Parmly.

Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna, with the Rev. Danny Jones officiating. Interment was in the Alto Pass Cemetery.
