Mary Strunk

Mary Strunk, 57, of Anna, died Monday, April 15, 2019, at her home.  

She was born on March 27, 1962, in Carbondale, the daughter of Thomas Wayne and Carolyn Williams Strunk. 

She is survived by her mother, Carolyn O’Brien of Anna; her biological father, Thomas Wayne Strunk of Cobden; children Beth (Eddie) Richardson of Pittsburg and Buck Wayne Towle Jr. of Nashville; seven grandchildren; six brothers and sisters, Margaret Jarvis of Anna, Terry Strunk of Anna, William O’Brien of Coello, Sharon (Rick) Keebler of Bush, Clint Strunk of Phoenix, Ariz., and Roger O’Brien of West Frankfort; many other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her stepfather, William Virgil O’Brien Jr.

Graveside services were at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, at the Blairsville Cemetery in Blairsville. Interment followed.
