Marjorie Kimbro
Marjorie Kimbro, 83, of Anna, died Thursday, Oct. 18, 2018, at her daughter’s home in Anna.
She was born on Nov. 29, 1934, in Anna, the daughter of Archie and Sybil Mae Lence Miller.
She married Arvil Kimbro in 1967. He preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children, Ben (Tracie) Smith of Cedar Hill, Tenn., Debbie (Ken) Morrissey of Anna and Fred (Sandy) Proctor of Anna; five grandchildren, Aaron Smith, Sarah Forby, Stacy (Greg) Smith, Brock Proctor and Josh Proctor; seven great-grandchildren, Shae, Emma, Haley, Molly, Shanley, Tealy and Rilynn; other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arvil Kimbro; a son, Michael Scott Kimbro; and one brother, Russell Miller.
She was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. She was a supervisor for over 30 years at the Florsheim Shoe factory. She never met a stranger and had a heart of gold.
Funeral services for Marjorie Kimbro were at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna, with the Rev. Doug Bridgeman officiating. Interment was in the Anna Cemetery.
