Josephine May ‘Josie’ Law

Josephine May “Josie” Law, 46, of Villa Ridge, died at 3:45 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5, 2022, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born on Sept. 27, 1975, in Eads, Colo., the daughter of Florence Baxter Henderson.

She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

Survivors include her husband, Darrell Law of Villa Ridge; sons Joshua (Shelby) Law of Anna and Jonithan (Haley) Law of Goreville; daughter Jenny Law of Mounds; grandchildren Madison, Lance, Realynn, Serenity, Liam, Braxton, Lakelin and Uriah Law, Luke, Eli, Parker and Gracelyn Hale; her mother-in-law, Susan Bryan of Anna; a sister-in-law, Mary Kay of Anna; brothers-in-law Dallas Law of Anna and Ronald Law of Grand Tower; other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10, at Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge. The Rev. Larry Buckles officiated.

Interment followed in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens in Villa Ridge.
