Jeremy M. Bennett

Jeremy M. Bennett, 34, of Anna, died at 8:27 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2020, at his home.

He was born on April 21, 1986, in Carbondale, a son of Kevin Mark Watkins and Linda Faye Bennett.  

He enjoyed studying ancestry and genealogy.  He loved fishing and spending time with his family and friends, but most importantly, he was a proud father. His love for his daughter never faltered.

Survivors include his mother, Linda Browning (fiancé, Tim Law); his daughter, Codi Raven Bennett; his brother, Nathan Nance; his companion, Amber Nimmo, and her daughter, Molly Sickling; his stepsister, Tiffany Watkins; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; and by two uncles, Jerry Bennett and Shawn Watkins.

Cremation rites will be accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
