Jaime Leigh Blaney-Mullins
Jaime Leigh Blaney-Mullins, 39, of Pensacola, Fla., and formerly of Anna, died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2020, at West Florida Hospital in Pensacola, Fla.
She was born on Oct. 14, 1980, in Carbondale, the daughter of Michael and Janet Blaney Peeler.
She married Robert B. “Bob” Mullins.
She graduated from Anna-Jonesboro Community High School in 1999. She was a true animal lover, had a great sense of humor and was very artistic. She was a jack of all trades and could do anything she set out to do, even laid all the flooring in her and Bob’s home.
She had worked as a CNA, managed a Buffalo Wild Wings and then attended cosmetology school in Florida, where she worked as a licensed cosmetologist.
Jaime was a true prankster. Halloween was always one of her favorite times of the year.
She is survived by her husband, Bob; her parents, Mike and Janet Peeler; a brother, Tim (Beth) Peeler; her father-in-law, Robert B. Mullins Sr.; a brother-in-law, Greg Mullins; uncle to Matthew Mullins, Claire and Camden Peeler; grandmother Margaret Peeler; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She also leaves her animals, Dookie, The Gooch, Flashy G and B.B.
She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Marilyn Mullins; and by grandparents Pauline and Edgar “Monk” Blaney and Allan Peeler.
Funeral services for Jaime Leigh Blaney-Mullins were at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16, at Crain Funeral Home in Anna-Jonesboro, with the Rev. Clint Nale officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date at the Jonesboro Cemetery.
