Jackie Lynn Schultz

Jackie Lynn Schultz, 52, of De Soto, and formerly of Granite City, died on March 21, 2018, at Carbondale Memorial Hospital.

She was born on Nov. 24, 1965, in Granite City, the daughter of Jack and Joyce Lang Ficker.

She married Terry Schultz on Sept. 17, 1998.

She was a very giving person who loved being with her family and spending quality time with them. She loved all kinds of roses, watching movies, vegetable gardening and all animals.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Schultz of De Soto; two children Joshua Schultz and Mary Schultz, both of De Soto; one sister, Lisa (Mark) Gerber of Hebron, Ky.; one brother, Kevin Postalwait of Bethalto; many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by a brother, Chucky Ficker.

Funeral services were at noon Monday, March 26, at Crain Funeral Home in Dongola, with Brent Miller officiating. Interment was in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Wetaug.
